Packages are generally dispatched at the end of the pre-order period,
please check more precise dates in the selected item. They are shipped via La Poste and delivered without signature.

We can't exchange an item that have been bought, but we can refund you. The refund can only happen if the packaging hasn't been open or damaged. The return costs are the responsibility of the customer.
